Scope
This policy applies to the cross-cultural negotiation skills quiz, its associated pages and any contact feature made available on the final page. It does not govern third-party websites that may be linked separately.
Technical data
When a page is requested, hosting systems may process routine technical information such as IP address, browser and device type, operating system, requested page, date and time, referring page and diagnostic records. Quiz selections made through ordinary page links do not require an account.
Purposes and lawful bases
Technical data may be used to deliver pages, maintain reliability, prevent misuse, diagnose errors and understand broad usage patterns. Depending on the circumstances, processing may rely on legitimate interests, steps requested by a visitor, legal obligations or consent where consent is required.
Consent
Where optional processing requires consent, visitors should receive a clear choice before it begins and may withdraw consent through the same available preference mechanism. Withdrawal does not affect processing already performed lawfully.
Cookies
The informational quiz does not require advertising or behavioural profiling cookies. Essential cookies may be used by hosting or security infrastructure when necessary to provide the service. If optional analytics or other non-essential cookies are introduced, an appropriate notice and choice should be presented first.
Contact-form data
If a server-provided contact form is available, it may request details such as your name, contact information, organisation, message and preferences. Submit only information needed for your enquiry and avoid confidential negotiation material, identity documents, financial details or sensitive personal data. A submission does not guarantee that a particular organisation or person will receive or respond to it.
Recipients and service providers
Information may be processed by infrastructure, hosting, security, maintenance or communications providers only where needed to operate the pages or handle an initiated request. Information may also be disclosed when legally required or necessary to protect users and systems.
International transfers
Some technical providers may process data from locations outside India. Where cross-border processing occurs, appropriate contractual, organisational or legal safeguards should be considered according to the nature of the provider and applicable law.
Retention
Information should be kept only for as long as reasonably needed for the purpose for which it was collected, including service operation, security, dispute handling and legal requirements. Retention periods can vary by data category and technical context.
Security
Reasonable technical and organisational measures should be used to reduce risks such as unauthorised access, alteration, loss or disclosure. No online transmission or storage method can be guaranteed completely secure.
Your rights
Subject to applicable Indian law and the circumstances of processing, you may be able to request access, correction, completion or erasure of personal data, withdraw consent, raise a grievance or request information about processing. A suitable contact channel should be supplied alongside any server-added contact feature. Identity verification may be necessary before a request is completed.
Minors
This quiz is intended for adults and professional learning. It is not designed to solicit personal data from children. A parent or guardian should address any concern through the contact channel made available with the service.
Policy updates
This policy may be revised when site features, providers or legal requirements change. The current version should be published on this page, with material changes explained where appropriate.
